The first iPhone was released in 2007 and this year will mark its 10th anniversary. Apple will be celebrating its 10th Anniversary with the release of iPhone 8.
Looking back in the history of iPhone, it has been releasing in the month of September. There is one trend which every release follows i.e. They reveal iPhone in the second week of September that to wither on Tuesday or Wednesday. iPhone 8 Specifications
Yes! Wireless charging and its confirmed
To celebrate its 10th anniversary Apple has finally decided to debut in wireless charging and yes it’s confirmed. Apple’s own leaked HomePod code proves there’s wireless charging in the iPhone’s immediate future, so we’re certain that’s happening. But the feature might not be enabled out of the box, some rumors have said, as Apple is still perfecting the software. Instead, wireless charging will be added down the road, via an iOS 11 update.
The new generation of display
There is this one thing that is going to make this iPhone different from others and that is no Physical Home button. Which means that this time there will be a 5.8” edge-to-edge curved OLED display that will have Touch ID on the screen itself. Not only Touch ID but the front-facing camera will also be harbored/housed. And as it is an OLED display which means it will have its own light so the display won’t require the back light, which directs us to save power. Which is definitely a cookie point for Battery saving for iPhone users.
Invisible Touch ID?
There is a major rumor that maybe instead of Touch ID there will a new Facial recognition system. So this also confirms that iPhone 8 won’t be having any Home button. There will be either in built Touch ID or highly improved facial recognition technology. So this it is pretty clear that the front of iPhone 8 won’t have any bezels other than a small front facing camera which will give a large display to users.
iPhone 8 could be launched with upgraded iPhone 7 named as iPhone 7S in the market.
This time Apple may want to do some changes in nomenclature. Earlier all the iPhones have been released with the increasing numeric number and advanced is mentioned with S. But this time it is heard that iPhone 8 can be named as iPhone X, iPhone pro, iPhone edition or a new name.
Processor and Camera
As we are aware with every new release iPhone will come up with its new system-on-a-chip (Soc) earlier in iPhone 7 it was A10 and this time it is going to be A11 processor. Here A10 was using 16nm chip and this time A11 is going to use 10 nm chip so again it’s going to be a lot of power saving or boosted performance.
So already mentioned that it’s going to have a better-improved technology for Facial recognition front-facing camera is going to have 3D-sensing capabilities, along with it there will be dual lens camera and all its features.
There have been many interviews and articles released on the camera of iPhone 8. According to one interview –iPhone 8 will probably have a technology as Depth Sensing. It means that it will be able to take a picture and modify the depth of the photograph or the specific depth of any particular object or rotate any object do any kind of modification with the photograph.
Color and Pricing
There have been rumors that there may be a new “Blush Gold” color for iPhone 8. Already super excited!!!
Now let’s talk about a common question which has been there in everyone’s mind. How mucis is it going to cost us? Yes, features are awesome but How much? So let me tell you that it’s more affordable that than you think, an analyst from Global Financial Services claims that the price is going to be around the price of iPhone 7.
We can’t be sure about everything but we are sure about one thing that it is mobile business and in this there is going to be improvements with each passing day.
